Meet the Team

Charles Mahar is a 4th generation home builder. He has been a part of the home building process his whole life. He held various positions working for his father, a land developer and home builder. Charles focus is on overseeing city approvals, land development, and build quality homes with attention to detail. Since 1999 Charles has overseen and completed over 300 residential projects.

Mitchell Landers is the on-site job foreman. He has been with Homes by Charles Mahar for over 4 years. Mitchell over sees each project coordinating with contractors, ensuring job safety, and performing varies tasks all contributing to a seamless building process.
